We begin by understanding the participant’s goals, preferences, routines, communication and risks. Supports are then agreed in writing, delivered by suitably matched workers and reviewed as needs change.
Support may include

- Kilometres and costs documented under the service agreement
Availability and funding eligibility depend on individual circumstances, location, service capacity and the participant’s current plan or private arrangement.

Our support workers can help you plan and attend agreed appointments, shop for essentials and take part in community activities. We discuss the pickup location, accessibility needs, timing and the support you want during the outing before confirming a booking.
For NDIS participants, we check that the requested support matches the participant’s plan and service agreement. Any travel time, kilometres or other costs are explained and agreed before support begins. Private enquiries are also welcome.
We support people across Salisbury and northern Adelaide, subject to worker availability and travel requirements.
