GARDENING FOR PUDDLE JUMPERS
Community Care Tailored Support will donate $10 from its own business income to Puddle Jumpers for every eligible private gardening service.

Published: 28 September 2026 · Effective from 1 October 2026
The campaign at a glance
1 October 2026 to 12 noon on 31 December 2026, South Australian local time. Gardening work must be completed and invoiced, and the entire invoice paid in full with cleared funds, by this deadline.
You pay the normal agreed gardening price. CCTS makes the $10 contribution. There is no additional charge, customer donation or fundraising fee.
Privately funded gardening only. NDIS-funded, aged-care-funded, DVA-funded and other government-funded services are excluded. No minimum service total or donation cap applies.
Big lawns, small lawns—ask us about lawn mowing and edging, weeding, hedge trimming, pruning and general garden tidy-ups. All bookings are subject to suitability and availability.
Gardening bookings: William, Gardening Team Leader — 0459 032 419.

1. Campaign period
The campaign begins at 12:00 am on 1 October 2026 and closes at 12 noon on 31 December 2026. All times are South Australian local time. The gardening work, invoice issue and receipt of full cleared payment must all meet the campaign deadline. Booking during the campaign does not qualify work completed after the closing time.
2. Eligible gardening services
Both new and existing private customers may participate. A service qualifies only when it is privately booked and paid for, delivered directly by Community Care Tailored Support Pty Ltd (CCTS), and charged at CCTS’s normal agreed gardening price. Each service must have a valid completion record, a separately identifiable invoice service line and a single verified entry in the campaign register. Work must be completed during the campaign period and satisfy the invoicing and payment deadline.
3. One $10 allocation per eligible service
Each genuine, separately booked and completed gardening visit or separately scoped job generates one $10 allocation. One invoice may contain several eligible services if each has its own identifiable service line and completion record. Splitting a single visit into several invoice lines, extending its duration or issuing a corrected invoice does not create extra allocations.
A job delivered over several days counts as one service unless the visits were genuinely booked and agreed as distinct services before the work began and are invoiced separately as identifiable services.
4. Payment deadline
The entire invoice must be paid in full with cleared funds received by CCTS by 12 noon on 31 December 2026. Deposits, partial payments, unpaid invoices and payments that have not cleared by the deadline do not qualify. Customers should allow sufficient time for payment processing and bank clearance.
5. Excluded services
- NDIS-funded, aged-care-funded, DVA-funded or other government-funded services.
- Subcontracted gardening work.
- Cancelled bookings or appointments where no gardening work is completed.
- Quotes, inspections or consultations without completed gardening work.
- Services that are unpaid, partly paid, refunded, charged back or reversed, or whose invoices are cancelled, subject to the later-adjustment rule below.
- Duplicate entries or artificial splitting of one service.
- Work completed outside the campaign period or services that miss the invoicing or cleared-payment deadline.
6. CCTS funds the contribution
The $10 contribution comes entirely from CCTS’s own business income. Customers pay the normal agreed price for their gardening service. No donation, levy or additional fundraising fee is added to their invoice. CCTS will not collect additional donations through this campaign.
Customers are buying a gardening service, not personally making the $10 donation. CCTS will not issue customers with a tax-deductible donation receipt for this contribution. Booking does not give a customer ownership or control of CCTS’s contribution.
7. Bookings and usual service conditions
Bookings are subject to CCTS accepting the work, staff availability, service-area coverage, weather, property access, suitable equipment and workplace safety requirements. Advertising does not guarantee that every requested booking can be accepted.
CCTS’s usual agreed prices, payment requirements, cancellation arrangements and safety procedures continue to apply and will be communicated before the service is agreed. A service rescheduled beyond the campaign deadline does not qualify.
8. Calculation and payment to Puddle Jumpers
Total verified eligible completed gardening services × $10 = CCTS’s final campaign donation. There is no minimum number of eligible services required and no maximum donation cap.
After the noon cutoff on 31 December 2026, CCTS will reconcile the campaign register against booking, completion, invoicing and cleared-payment records, with verification and director approval. CCTS will transfer the verified donation to Puddle Jumpers on 31 December 2026 using an authorised payment method.
If a transfer fails or is delayed, CCTS will notify Puddle Jumpers, resolve the issue promptly and report the actual payment date accurately. CCTS will retain proof of payment and announce the verified number of eligible services and the amount actually transferred after payment is completed, in accordance with the agreed publicity arrangements.
9. Records, refunds and corrections
CCTS will keep a campaign register with a unique campaign reference, booking and completion dates, confirmation of private funding, invoice or receipt reference, eligibility or exclusion status, the $10 allocation and verification details.
A service refunded, cancelled, reversed or incorrectly recorded before the final reconciliation and transfer may be removed from the total, with the reason recorded. If a payment is reversed after the donation has been transferred, CCTS will absorb the adjustment and will not reclaim money from Puddle Jumpers.
10. Privacy and campaign changes
Customer records will be held with restricted access. Public reporting will use overall totals and will not identify individual customers. Customer names, addresses, service details, photographs or other personal information will not be publicly disclosed without consent. See our privacy policy.
CCTS may correct administrative errors or make changes required by law, safety or significant operational circumstances. Material changes or any suspension or early closure will be publicly communicated before affecting future bookings. Changes will not remove contributions already generated by verified eligible services. The campaign has no donation cap; CCTS will not introduce a cap during the campaign. Any suspension or early closure will honour contributions already generated.
11. Questions and discrepancies
For questions about the campaign or whether your gardening service was included, contact Simon, CCTS Director, on 0455 605 331 or info@cctsupport.com.au. CCTS will review the relevant booking, service, invoice and payment records and correct any identified error. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
