Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before support begins.
General information about availability, referrals, pricing, worker matching and service arrangements.
Who can contact CCTS?
Participants, older Australians, private customers, family members, nominees, support coordinators and professionals may contact us. A referral made for another person should be made with their consent or appropriate authority.
Are you accepting enquiries?
Yes. Availability varies by service, location, preferred times, support needs and suitable worker capacity. Contact us for a current availability check.
Which funding arrangements do you accept?
CCTS supports eligible NDIA-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS arrangements. Aged-care services are delivered under an approved arrangement in partnership with Trilogy Care. Private cleaning and gardening services do not require government funding.
How are NDIS services priced?
NDIS-funded supports are charged according to the applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and the participant’s signed service agreement.
How much are private cleaning and gardening services?
The weekday private-service rate is $60 per hour. Minimum bookings, travel, materials and specialist work may be quoted separately and confirmed before service.
Can I choose my support worker?
CCTS considers preferences, compatibility, skills, availability and continuity when matching workers. A particular worker cannot always be guaranteed, but your preferences will be discussed.
What happens after an enquiry?
We discuss the required service, location, goals, preferences, funding and safety considerations. If we can meet the request, we explain the next steps, agreements and proposed commencement arrangements.
Can I provide plans or reports through the website?
Please do not upload or send sensitive documents through the general enquiry or chat forms. Contact CCTS first so an appropriate method can be arranged.
How can I give feedback or make a complaint?
You may speak with a staff member, contact CCTS directly or involve an advocate or trusted person. Complaints can be made without fear of disadvantage. Independent complaint options are explained on our Feedback & Complaints page.
Is CCTS available in an emergency?
CCTS is not an emergency service. Call 000 if there is immediate danger or a serious medical emergency.
